Make bill by making a 1/4" thick rectangle to fit with two rounded edges. Press onto front of hat with the rounded edges out. To make girl's hat: Flatten a piece of pink clay the size of a nickel to press onto top of head. Make a 1/2" ball of pink and press on top of circle brim. Use the edge of a pencil to indent the top of the hat. Make a tiny green shovel to go into her hand. Make a red bucket to go in the boy's hand. Put a light layer of white glue in each shell and pour in sand. Let dry and shake off excess sand. Glue babies onto the shells and bake in home oven fro 30 minutes at 250 degrees in a disposable pie pan. Do not bake hotter than 250 or the white clay will discolor.
